I, somehow, missed one washer that was needed to assemble the footrest to the bottom side of the chair, but washers are normally generic sizes, so the hiccup was solved instantly after I found one other washer of the same size. "Basically it is a hair styling chair, but it has a deep angle in its seat that makes it easy for my client to lean back in to get proper space for having makeup. "I was wondering if I needed a screwdriver to make it, but a hex wrench was included, and I only used it in 4 places. The instruction manual was a bit complex, but I understood it without getting confused. I wrestled with the hydraulic cylinder cap for 10 minutes or more. It was an illustration of cutting and removing it with a cutter, but the plastic is thick and absolutely unreasonable thickness through trial and error. Other than that, it was easy; the parts were moderately heavy and made in about 15 minutes by myself; the color is jet black and cute, as shown in the image. I am very satisfied with the price and product."
