Your SalonPro equipment is built for performance and durability — and we’re here to make sure it stays that way. Every product we sell comes backed by our SalonPro Warranty Promise for total peace of mind.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Every “SalonPro” brand product purchased directly from SalonProBeauty.com is protected by a 1-Year Limited Warranty, starting from the date your order ships.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal operation during the warranty period.
For even greater protection, you can extend coverage up to 3 years (for most items) at checkout or within 30 days of your original purchase.
Products purchased through authorized third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay) or non-SalonPro brands sold on our site may have different warranty terms — just reach out to us for details.
What’s Covered
If your SalonPro product stops working properly within the warranty period due to a manufacturing or component defect, we’ll make it right by:

Providing replacement parts to repair your machine, or

Authorizing a return for in-house repair, or
-
At our discretion, issuing one full replacement unit per defective product.
Important Warranty Terms
To ensure fairness and consistency across all warranty claims:

Each original product is eligible for up to one brand-new replacement unit during its warranty period.

After a full replacement has been issued, future coverage for that product continues in the form of replacement parts only for the remainder of the warranty term.

Example: If you purchased three machines, you may receive up to three total replacement units (one per machine). After that, all future warranty service applies as parts-only.
Shipping Terms

Return shipping for warranty service is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.

SalonPro covers all outbound shipping of replacement parts or replacement units once a warranty claim is approved.

Please retain your original box and packaging for safe transport if a unit ever needs to be shipped for service.
International Orders
Warranty coverage is limited for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge:

We’re unable to ship replacement parts or units outside the continental U.S.

All shipping, customs, duties, taxes, and import/export fees are the customer’s responsibility — including those related to warranty claims.

We’ll provide warranty support by email and may offer replacement parts or units, but you cover all associated shipping and logistics.

Extended Warranty and ProCare+ programs are not available for international orders.
