Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all "SalonPro" brand products purchased directly through our website. An optional Extended Warranty (up to 3 years) is available for new orders, and up to 30 days after original purchase.

For non-"SalonPro" brand products sold on this website, or "SalonPro" items purchased through third-party platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay, etc.), please contact us for warranty details specific to your product.

Warranty Coverage

If your SalonPro product becomes defective or stops working properly within the warranty period (starting from the shipment date), due to a manufacturer or component defect, we will:

  • Provide the necessary replacement parts to repair your machine, or

  • Authorize a return for in-house repair, or

  • At our sole discretion, issue one (1) full replacement unit per defective product.

Important Warranty Terms:

  • This warranty is limited to replacement parts as needed for the life of the warranty, or one (1) brand new replacement unit per original product, whichever comes first.

  • Once a full replacement unit has been issued for any original product in the order, that individual product’s warranty is considered fully satisfied, and future coverage for that unit will be limited to replacement parts only.

  • For example, if a customer orders 3 machines, we may issue up to 3 total replacement units—one per original machine—throughout the warranty period. After those 3 replacements, the warranty continues only in the form of replacement parts.

Shipping Terms

  • Return shipping for warranty service is the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is reported within the first 30 days of delivery.

  • We will cover all domestic outbound shipping of replacement parts or replacement units once the warranty claim is approved.


International Orders

Our warranty coverage is limited for orders shipped outside the Continental United States. By purchasing from our website, international customers acknowledge the following:

  • We are unable to ship replacement parts or products outside the Continental U.S.

  • All international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import/export fees are the customer’s responsibility, including those associated with warranty claims.

  • We will provide warranty support via email and may offer replacement parts or units, but all associated shipping/logistics costs must be covered by the customer.

  • Our Extended Warranty Programs are not available for international orders.


How to Start a Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty claim, please email our Customer Service team at support@salonprobeauty.com with:

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the problem (if available)

Key Terms

  • Plan Coverage: The ProCare+ Plan applies to one (1) SalonPro Infrared Hair Color Processor per subscription. Each additional unit requires its own plan.

  • Activation Requirements: After purchasing ProCare+, customers must email their order number along with a 30-60 second video demonstrating the machine is in full working condition within 5 business days. If the customer owns multiple SalonPro hair processors, all machines must be shown in the same video. Coverage activates once the video is reviewed and approved, with a 30-day waiting period before the first claim can be submitted.

  • Claim Eligibility: ProCare+ can be purchased in addition to our standard Limited Warranty and extends coverage for up to 10 years or the lifetime of your machine. Claims are valid only for products purchased directly from SalonPro Beauty.

  • Deductible Costs:

    • Orbiting Halo Compact: $75.00 USD
    • Original Orbiting Halo: $125.00 USD
    • Multi-Zone+: $175.00 USD
  • Warranty on Replacements: Replacement parts or machines provided under ProCare+ will not carry a separate warranty. Continued ProCare+ coverage is required to maintain extended protection on replacement items.

  • Claims Process: To file a claim, email support@salonprobeauty.com for approval. Claims must be authorized before parts or replacements are issued.

How the Process Works

  1. Purchase ProCare+: Begin by subscribing to the ProCare+ Extended Protection Plan through our website.

  2. Activation: Within 5 business days of purchasing ProCare+, email us at support@salonprobeauty.com with your order number and a 30-60 second video showing your machine in full working condition. If you own multiple machines, include all units in the same video.

    • Our team will review the video to verify your machine’s condition. Once approved, your coverage will activate. Note: A 30-day waiting period applies before you can submit your first claim.
  3. Using the Plan:

    • For replacement parts, email support@salonprobeauty.com to describe the issue and request assistance. Approved claims will be processed, and parts will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
    • For unit replacement, submit a claim including details of the issue and pay the applicable deductible fee. Replacement units will be shipped after approval.
  4. Shipping: All replacement parts and units are shipped nationwide at no cost to you.

  5. Continuing Coverage: Keep your ProCare+ subscription active to maintain extended protection, even for replacement units and parts.

Legal Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to the ProCare+ Extended Protection Plan, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Subscription Renewal: The ProCare+ Plan automatically renews on a monthly basis unless canceled.
  2. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting SalonPro Beauty customer service. Refunds for unused subscription time are not provided.
  3. Coverage Limitations: Coverage is limited to manufacturer defects or malfunctions covered under the Limited Warranty terms. Exclusions apply.
  4. Replacement Deductibles: Customers are responsible for paying the applicable deductible fee for unit replacements.
  5. Exclusions: The plan does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or accidents outside standard operating conditions.
