Subscribe to ProCare+ on our website to get extended protection. Activate your plan within 5 business days by emailing support@salonprobeauty.com with your order number and a 30-60 second video showing your machine in good working condition (include all units if you own multiple). Once approved, your coverage will activate after a 30-day waiting period.

For replacement parts, email us with the issue, and we’ll process approved claims and ship parts at no cost. For unit replacements, submit a claim with details and pay the deductible. Replacement units will be shipped after approval.

Shipping for all replacements is free. Keep your ProCare+ subscription active to maintain coverage, even for replacement units and parts.

By subscribing to the ProCare+ Extended Protection Plan, you agree to the following terms: The plan renews automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting SalonPro Beauty customer service; however, refunds for unused subscription time are not provided. Coverage is limited to manufacturer defects or malfunctions as outlined in the Limited Warranty terms, with certain exclusions. Customers are responsible for paying the applicable deductible fee for unit replacements. The plan does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or accidents outside standard operating conditions.

ProCare+ Key Terms

  • Plan Coverage: The ProCare+ Plan applies to one (1) SalonPro Infrared Hair Color Processor per subscription. Each additional unit requires its own plan.
  • Activation Requirements: After purchasing ProCare+, customers must email their order number along with a 30-60 second video demonstrating the machine is in full working condition within 5 business days. If the customer owns multiple SalonPro hair processors, all machines must be shown in the same video. Coverage activates once the video is reviewed and approved, with a 30-day waiting period before the first claim can be submitted.
  • Claim Eligibility: ProCare+ can be purchased in addition to our standard Limited Warranty and extends coverage for up to 10 years or the lifetime of your machine. Claims are valid only for products purchased directly from SalonPro Beauty.
  • Deductible Costs:
    Orbiting Halo Compact: $75.00 USD
  • Original Orbiting Halo: $125.00 USD
  • Multi-Zone+: $175.00 USD
  • Warranty on Replacements: Replacement parts or machines provided under ProCare+ will not carry a separate warranty. Continued ProCare+ coverage is required to maintain extended protection on replacement items.
