Warranty Policy
1 Year Limited Warranty
We offer as standard, a 1 Year Limited Warranty on all "SalonPro" brand products purchased directly through our website, with up to 3 Year Extended Limited Warranty available for new orders, and up to 30 days after original purchase. For all other products sold on this website that are not "SalonPro" brand, or for "SalonPro" brand products purchased through different channels (i.e. Amazon, eBay, etc.), please contact us to find out the warranty period on your specific product.
For all "SalonPro" brand products covered under our 1 Year Limited Warranty: if for any reason your product is defective, not fully functional, or stops working within the warranty period (warranty starts on the date your product is shipped out from our warehouse), due to a manufacturer or parts defect, we will either send you the necessary parts to repair your product, or some cases, it will be necessary to return your product to us to be repaired. If, for some reason, the item is not able to be repaired using replacement parts, we may decide to send you a new replacement unit or a full refund (if a replacement is not available), at our sole discretion.
We will cover all Domestic shipping costs to the customer after warranty work has been performed, or in such cases where we decide to replace the item. However, all costs to ship the product to our facility for a warranty related claim is the responsibility of the customer; unless the claim is within the first 30 days of receiving your product.
International Orders
For all orders shipped outside of the Continental United States, please note that our Warranty Policy is limited. By purchasing your product from our website, you acknowledge and understand the risk associated with purchasing from an International Seller - we can NOT service your product outside of the Continental United States. This means we can NOT ship any replacement parts, replacement products, or otherwise, outside of the Continental United States. Likewise, we can NOT be responsible for the return shipping costs, duties, taxes, import fees, or customs clearance fees of damaged or defective products that were shipped outside of the Continental United States. Any shipping costs, duties, taxes, import fees or customs fees associated with shipping replacement parts, replacement products, or returning products back to our facility, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
SalonPro will still be able to offer and provide warranty support, service, or offer replacement parts, replacement products, etc., as necessary, if the issue is qualified to be covered under our Warranty Policy. However, the customer accepts all responsibility of shipping charges, duties, taxes, import fees and customs fees, for any replacement parts, products, etc., to be shipped outside of the Continental United States.
Additionally, any Extended Warranty Programs or Services are not eligible for International Orders.

Plan Coverage: The ProCare+ Plan applies to one (1) SalonPro Infrared Hair Color Processor per subscription. Each additional unit requires its own plan.

Activation Requirements: After purchasing ProCare+, customers must email their order number along with a 30-60 second video demonstrating the machine is in full working condition within 5 business days. If the customer owns multiple SalonPro hair processors, all machines must be shown in the same video. Coverage activates once the video is reviewed and approved, with a 30-day waiting period before the first claim can be submitted.

Claim Eligibility: ProCare+ can be purchased in addition to our standard Limited Warranty and extends coverage for up to 10 years or the lifetime of your machine. Claims are valid only for products purchased directly from SalonPro Beauty.

- Original Orbiting Halo: $125.00 USD
- Multi-Zone+: $175.00 USD

Warranty on Replacements: Replacement parts or machines provided under ProCare+ will not carry a separate warranty. Continued ProCare+ coverage is required to maintain extended protection on replacement items.

Claims Process: To file a claim, email support@salonprobeauty.com for approval. Claims must be authorized before parts or replacements are issued.
How the Process Works

Purchase ProCare+: Begin by subscribing to the ProCare+ Extended Protection Plan through our website.

Activation: Within 5 business days of purchasing ProCare+, email us at support@salonprobeauty.com with your order number and a 30-60 second video showing your machine in full working condition. If you own multiple machines, include all units in the same video.
- Our team will review the video to verify your machine’s condition. Once approved, your coverage will activate. Note: A 30-day waiting period applies before you can submit your first claim.

Using the Plan:
- For replacement parts, email support@salonprobeauty.com to describe the issue and request assistance. Approved claims will be processed, and parts will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- For unit replacement, submit a claim including details of the issue and pay the applicable deductible fee. Replacement units will be shipped after approval.

Shipping: All replacement parts and units are shipped nationwide at no cost to you.

Continuing Coverage: Keep your ProCare+ subscription active to maintain extended protection, even for replacement units and parts.
Legal Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to the ProCare+ Extended Protection Plan, you agree to the following terms:
- Subscription Renewal: The ProCare+ Plan automatically renews on a monthly basis unless canceled.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting SalonPro Beauty customer service. Refunds for unused subscription time are not provided.
- Coverage Limitations: Coverage is limited to manufacturer defects or malfunctions covered under the Limited Warranty terms. Exclusions apply.
- Replacement Deductibles: Customers are responsible for paying the applicable deductible fee for unit replacements.
- Exclusions: The plan does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or accidents outside standard operating conditions.
