2) Tarifa de entrega residencial: esta tarifa se requiere para entregas que se realicen en un vecindario/área residencial, independientemente de si la dirección residencial es un negocio o no. Las compañías navieras exigen esta tarifa adicional debido a que los vecindarios/áreas residenciales son de difícil acceso en camiones grandes. Las entregas que se dirigen a áreas residenciales generalmente requieren que los envíos se transfieran a un camión de reparto de carga más pequeño, lo que puede requerir el servicio Lift Gate como se mencionó anteriormente.

3) Tarifa de entrega interior: las entregas a su negocio o residencia NO están incluidas en los servicios de entrega de carga en la acera. La entrega en interiores está disponible por una tarifa adicional. Sin embargo, solo está disponible si su edificio permite el acceso a entregas de carga paletizadas utilizando un gato para paletas.

4) Envíos en paletas y cajas: la mayoría de nuestros productos más grandes se empaquetan en cajas con embalaje protector. Tanto las cajas de gran tamaño como los envíos en cajas de madera suelen colocarse sobre palés de madera para su entrega. También se utilizará film retráctil como protección adicional.

What does it mean when a product is on back-order?

Often, popular items will sell out quickly and temporarily be on back order. Meaning the items are currently out of stock but that we have inbound shipments on the way to re-stock this product at our warehouse.
